Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment
To confirm your safari, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made prior to the start of your safari. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other secure payment methods. Specific details on payment schedules will be provided upon booking.

  2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your safari, the following conditions apply:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the safari start date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost.
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
    • For cancellations within 7 days of the safari, no refunds are available.
  3. Health and Safety
We prioritize the health and safety of our clients. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are in good health before embarking on the safari. We recommend consulting a doctor for advice on vaccinations or medications (such as malaria prevention) that may be necessary for your trip.
Additionally, our vehicles are equipped with first-aid kits, and our guides are trained to handle emergency situations. We advise clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation.

  4. Travel Documents
All travelers must have valid passports and necessary visas for entry into Tanzania or other African countries included in your safari itinerary. AquilaVenture Safari is not responsible for any issues related to visas or passport validity.

  5. Liability
While we take all precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, AquilaVenture Safari is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your safari. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers these aspects.

  6. Changes to Itinerary
While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or wildlife movements) may require changes. AquilaVenture Safari reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary for the safety and comfort of our clients. In such cases, we will provide an equivalent experience or offer alternatives.

By choosing AquilaVenture Safari, you agree to our terms and conditions, ensuring a smooth and professionally managed safari adventure. We are committed to making your journey unforgettable and handling every detail with care and expertise.
